At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, we build more than outdoor spaces—we build lasting relationships, award-winning properties, and strong project leaders. As our next Residential Landscape Senior Manager, you’ll work directly with our President to plan, execute, and deliver top-quality residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.

• Lead exciting residential projects from the planning stage through to final walk-through.
• Work directly with our President and collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents, and more.
• Keep things moving—manage timelines, coordinate trades, and stay on top of budgets.
• Set up new projects and make sure every kick-off meeting starts strong.
• Visit job sites regularly to ensure quality work and happy clients.
• Be the go-to contact for clients, architects, engineers, and sub-trades.
• Identify issues early and act fast to keep things on track.
• Track project progress and costs to ensure we finish on-time and on-budget.
• Supervise and support our Junior Project Coordinator to keep operations smooth.
