Role Overview: You’ll act as the local point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand roof restoration, insurance processes, and available options. Key Responsibilities: Canvass assigned territories and generate leads Build and manage your own homeowner pipeline Oversee roof inspections and assist customers with claims Coordinate with project managers for on-time completion Preferred Background: Previous sales, construction, or service experience helpful Self-motivated with strong organization skills Must own a vehicle and ladder (or be open to getting one) Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and working outdoors This is a high-reward role for self-starters who want autonomy and income growth.
