We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Longford/Westmeath/Meath Services to work as part of a larger management team based in our Mullingar offices. The successful person will be working as part of an innovative management team that is working in partnership with Leadership experts to deliver sustainable change in our practice, and in turn improve the outcomes for the individuals we support.
Leading teams will play a key role and it is expected that your leadership skills will deliver positive change for all. The focus of this role will be on driving change and delivering positive outcomes. The role will suit candidates with strong organisational and management skills seeking to progress in their careers.
The role incorporates Person in Charge responsibilities, which requires a management qualification and experience in managing teams.
