Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the leasing process by conducting property tours and showcasing available units to prospective tenants. - Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and in-person. - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant applications. - Support the leasing manager in preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive living experience for residents. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. - Previous experience in leasing or customer service is a plus. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
