ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a dependable, self-starter to join our Residential Leasing Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the rental of residential suites. Your duties will include answering rental inquiries via phone calls, emails, texts, and online booking requests as directed by the Property Manager.
Providing detailed information about the rental property will be a key part of your role. This can include topics such as rental rates, lease terms, suite availability, incentives, pet policies, building amenities, and neighborhood information. You will schedule and conduct showings, either in-person or through video tours (if available), and relay feedback from these showings to the Property Manager or Property Administrator.
