Residential Lending Servicer II DuPage Credit Union has an immediate, full-time opening for a Residential Lending Servicer II. The team works together to ensure mortgage accounts are serviced accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.   Position Overview The Residential Lending Servicer II is responsible for managing mortgage accounts after funding and closing. This position supports members by resolving inquiries, processing transactions, managing escrow and tax documentation, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate servicing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality member experience while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.   Key Responsibilities:  * Manage post-closing mortgage accounts, including escrow administration, tax processing, PMI management, payoffs, ARM documentation, and required servicing updates. * Research and resolve member inquiries and discrepancies, including escrow questions, payment issues, payoff requests, and account concerns, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up. * Reconcile and process financial transactions, including mortgage payments, ACH and lockbox postings, vendor invoices, tax payments, and escrow analyses. * Ensure regulatory and investor compliance, including Fannie Mae reporting, required member notifications, insurance monitoring, and adherence to federal and state servicing guidelines. * Collaborate across departments and support team operations, including participating in the servicing phone queue, assisting with workflow prioritization, and supporting the training of new team members.   Qualifications:  * High School diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of 2 years of administrative or financial services experience * 1–2 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment * Effective communication skills and commitment to providing a high level of member service   Work Environment * Fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and time-sensitive deadlines * Significant phone and computer usage * Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform routine, repetitive tasks * Requires flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and workflow demands Benefits * Generous Time Off * Calm Health Subscription * Medical * Dental and Vision * Tuition Reimbursement * Pet Insurance * Hybrid Schedule (as applicable to department guidelines) Work Schedule 40-hour work week Monday–Saturday, business hours Additional hours may be required based on business needs   Our Values At DuPage Credit Union, we are driven by our vision and values, which shape our culture and guide everything we do.
