BRANCH MANAGER – LETTINGS & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

With an outstanding reputation for professionalism, customer service, and expert property management, we’re now looking for a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our busy Redfield office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with lettings and property management experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career — working with a strong local brand and a dedicated team.
The Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and support a small lettings & property management team.
• Carry out rental valuations and win new instructions.
• Oversee the letting process from start to finish.
• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Bristol.
• Handle rental payments, landlord statements, and arrears.
• Organise maintenance and compliance (repairs, gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs).
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Ensure the branch continues to deliver excellent service and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven lettings and property management experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Confident in valuations and negotiating lettings.
• Knowledge of property compliance requirements.
• A problem solver with great communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential).
