Job Description Position Summary: The Residential Loan Processor is instrumental in ensuring loan applications and supporting documentation are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with required regulations. Roles and Responsibilities * Responsible for building and maintaining computer records within the Premier system for Consumer Real Estate & Secondary Market loan transactions. * Responsible for creating all necessary documents for Consumer Real Estate Loans * Assist in the scanning process for the loan department. * Scan documents into Director for later retrieval by loan department personnel * Escrow Disbursements for property taxes and insurance * Escrow analysis processing * Track Property, Private Mortgage Insurance and Flood insurance * Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements * High School diploma or GED * Minimum of one-year related clerical/administrative experience * Banking and/or bank loan processing experience preferred * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work * Handle changing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Outstanding customer service This job description does not state or imply the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this job.
