Description

LEADERSHIP & COORDINATION:

  • Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance and cleaning teams in daily tasks and project execution.
  • Direct and oversee the work of contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, suite turnovers, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new maintenance team members, ensuring alignment with SKPM standards.
  • Participate in operational and site planning meetings to assess priorities and timelines.
Responsibilities

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and performing day-to-day maintenance and repair operations across a residential property portfolio. This hands-on leadership role includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing maintenance and construction tasks, directing both internal staff and external contractors, and ensuring all activities align with SKPM standards, safety regulations, and resident expectations.
Working closely with the Regional Manager, the Maintenance Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, suite readiness, preventative maintenance, and responsive service delivery—all while leading by example on the ground.
