Requirements Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician include: Intermediate to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Valid driver’s license, Auto insurance and reliable transportation Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Able to use technology and mobile devices to perform daily tasks efficiently Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and perform physical tasks Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings

Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs across properties. They will also complete work orders, assist with custodial duties, groundskeeping, and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies when on-call.
