We are hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician! As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be completing 4–5 work orders per day. You'll troubleshoot and repair multi-trade areas like plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical, carpentry, HVAC filters, appliance issues, and more across scattered‑site residential properties. Your Schedule Standard hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Occasional emergency calls on nights / weekends (paid OT) Compensation and Perks: Competitive Salary: $20-$30 per hour based on experience + 7% in Performance Based Compensation paid out monthly Steady Work: Job stability, consistent and reliable employment Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, optional life and AD&D, paid holidays, 401k plans PTO, and more! $150 Weekly gas stipend or Company Vehicle after 90 days (if one is available) Employee Referrals: $1,000 - $3,000 for referring a team member $500 a year for reading books 401(k) with a company plan 10 days PTO + 7 Paid Holidays + Your birthday off! What You'll Do: Respond promptly to scheduled work orders and service calls Diagnose, repair, and maintain: Plumbing (leak repair, fixture installs) Must Have Tile work: (Install, Grout, Finish) - Must Have Painting: (prep, apply, stain) - Must Have Electrical (outlet/wiring troubleshooting) Carpentry (drywall, trim, door & window repairs) HVAC basics (filter changes, thermostat calibration) Appliance repair (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge) Communicate clearly and courteously with tenants and property managers Document work performed and close out work orders in our system Escalate complex or recurring issues to dispatchers Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work truck Who We're Looking For: Customer‑First Mindset Polite, well‑spoken, respectful, and driven to exceed expectations Hands‑On Experience 2+ years in multi‑site/scattered-site residential maintenance Broad skill set across plumbing, painting, tile work, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances Self‑Starter Able to work independently, communicate effectively, and be proactive.
