From cooking to traveling or surfing to relaxing, we've got it covered! What does a Residential Manager do? Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program. Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality care. Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues. Create and manage Colleague schedules. Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents. Qualifications 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home. 1+ years of previous management experience. Valid State driver's license and the use of personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required). Flexible work hours required based on program needs. Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting. Bachelor's degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicated competence). Responsibilities
The Residential Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program and acting as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues. They will also hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues while monitoring the medical and clinical needs of Residents.
