We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do.     As the Residential Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:   * Oversee the provision of care to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the clients. * Develop and coordinate the schedule of residential client activities as appropriate (medical, educational, group interventions, counseling, social, recreational). * Provide bi-weekly supervision to all assigned staff and monthly supervision to assigned relief staff. Supervision can be provided via a combination of individual and group meetings. Provide more frequent supervision sessions, as necessary, for employees experiencing job performance issues and/or employees in their introductory employment period. * Complete performance evaluations on all assigned staff. * Conduct monthly staff meetings with total staff.
