In this role, you will oversee day-to-day program operations, support and mentor Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. You’ll work closely with Program Coordinators and leadership to keep programs running smoothly while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers. Ensure individualized program needs are met through active participation in ISP/IEP meetings. Create and manage staff schedules, provide coverage when needed, and communicate changes promptly. Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; foster a positive, supportive team culture. Ensure accurate documentation, data tracking, financial records, and timely reports. Maintain safe, well-supplied, and welcoming homes and agency vehicles. Ensure compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and state licensure requirements. Participate in on-call rotation, staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development. If applicable, carry out delegated nursing interventions and medication administration requirements.
