We are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Manager to lead our residential programs, ensuring high-quality support and fostering a positive, empowering environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Summary: Oversee the daily operations of residential sites, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards Supervise and support residential staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development Implement and monitor Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) to promote individual goals, skill development, and community engagement Utilize best practices, technology, and person-centered thinking to enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes Act as a liaison and advocate for residents, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated, respectful care Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff Monitor and manage program budgets, resources, and documentation to maintain operational efficiency Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect within the residential team Requirements Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree Proven experience in residential or community-based services, with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of person-centered planning, best practices, and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency with technology and documentation systems related to service delivery Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for individuals served Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Free TextCare & Employee Assistance Program with Enhanced Behavioral Health 403(b) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Life Insurance Referral Program Gym Membership and more!
