We hope you will consider joining us as an employee owner. Integrated Life Choices (ILC) seeks a Residential Manager to join our growing team in Grand Island, Nebraska. We're seeking an energetic individual who can multi-task and manage direct support professional staff in a group home setting. This position is responsible for ensuring all necessary support is provided in order to fulfill ILC’s promise: 'To support people in living a fulfilling life.' Responsibilities: • Training, scheduling, and supervising direct support professionals • Ensuring residential staffing levels meet requirements • Ensuring objectives and training support programs are implemented properly • Ensuring documentation such as MARS, daily logs, and incident reports are completed in a timely manner • Attending meetings with guardians and service coordinators • Producing a variety of reports • Ensuring state and federal regulations are met Residential Managers also rotate on-call responsibilities and are expected to work direct support professional hours as a working supervisor. Successfully complete and pass all checks including: • Nebraska Adult Protective Services Central Registry • Child Protective Services Central Registry • Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Background Check • Federal Bureau of Investigation Background Check
