Job Description AHRC NYC is seeking two Residential Managers (RM) one for a Brooklyn Group Home residence and one for a Staten Island Group Home residence. Compensation Package: $66,300 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive benefit package...see Benefit information below. Position Description: Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence. Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he/she is assigned. Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his/her jurisdiction. Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident, and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team. Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his/her jurisdiction. Qualifications Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), Required. Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting, Preferred. Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required. Valid NYS or Tri- state driver's license for more than one year, Required Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Bachelors, Preferred.
