Description Position Summary: Heartview Foundation is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee residential technicians and ensure high-quality patient care within our residential recovery program in Bismarck. This position plays a key leadership role in supporting staff, coordinating day-to-day residential operations, and maintaining a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and patient well-being. The Residential Manager works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure program standards are met while providing guidance, training, and supervision to residential staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support all residential unit staff Create monthly staff schedules and assist with shift coverage as needed Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and role modeling Ensure compliance with documentation standards within the EHR and medication administration records (MAR) Assist with EHR and MAR audits to ensure proper procedures and compliance Oversee patient care activities and residential programming Coordinate patient meetings, activities, and therapeutic groups Support staff and patients during issues or emergencies during and after hours Maintain residential operations including supplies, food orders, and vehicle coordination Assist with transportation, food preparation, laundry, and other residential support tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Why You'll Love Working at Heartview We’re deeply committed to supporting both our clients and our staff.
