Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in aged care looking for your next opportunity? Villa Maria Fortitude Valley is seeking a dedicated Residential Aged Care Manager to lead our 125-bed residential home. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in fostering a positive and collaborative team culture where your motivational leadership will empower your team to thrive and deliver exceptional care.
As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the home. You will inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 3 Care Managers, Administration Manager, Chef Manager, and a committed team of nurses and carers. You will also have close support from your Regional Manager and access to centralised organisational resources, including a dedicated HR Business Partner, Recruitment Specialist, and Operational Support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
  • Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
