Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Yardi/CRM equivalent and ILS platforms.
• Three (3) years’ work experience as a marketing coordinator or higher level.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
