ISN Corp is seeking a seasoned Residential Mortgage Loan Manager to lead and oversee the strategic execution of a Federal Agency asset management program. The key responsibilities for this individual will include supervision, management, technical assistance, interface and compliance with the instructions of the Oversight Manager (OM), Technical Monitors (TM) and the Contracting Officer (CO) and compliance with Federal Agency policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ten (10) years’ or more of senior level managerial experience in either financial services, real estate or construction management field.
Proven skills handling complex situations which may involve loan delinquencies, bankruptcies, disputed construction changes, delays and disruptions, design flaws, or improper construction, among other challenges.
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills and should be a systematic thinker.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in either financial services, real estate or construction management field.
At least five (5) years’ experience managing multiple operations centers and developing strategies for effective and timely resolution of simultaneous challenges.
Must be eligible to complete and pass a background investigation if work will consist of on-site at the agency offices or facilities, have access to agency networks/systems, or have access to sensitive information.
