Essential Job Functions Support the team with document review as directed by Success Champions. Order, receive and appropriately distribute various verification reports. Assist in maintaining accuracy of status pipeline view in the tracking system. Update loan file conversation logs and assign tasks as indicated based on documents or information received. Prepare and send correspondence. Seek opportunities to promote and improve administrative efficiencies. Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work. Perform general departmental tasks as assigned. Follow all Bank policy, practice, and procedures. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of Encompass loan origination system, mortgage loan processing and underwriting guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to support internal and external clients. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to learn and follow Secondary Mortgage department procedures. Ability to multi-task to accomplish a variety of demands. Ability to adapt well to change and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrates attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to seek alternate solutions. Ability to continuously gain efficiencies within the group. Ability to work extended hours when needed. Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, required; some college level courses in business or related field preferred. 1 year administrative work experience preferred. 1 year Residential Mortgage Operations experience using Encompass Loan Origination system preferred. Three (3) years of prior computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.
