Position Summary The Residential Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer relationships in the residential market. This role focuses on educating homeowners about Raynor’s products and services, preparing accurate on time estimates, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to installation. Requirements Proven sales experience (residential, construction, building materials, or related industry preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to read and understand basic measurements, drawings, or specifications. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
