Responsibilities Include: Diagnose residential plumbing issues and recommend solutions Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements Service water heaters, drain systems, fixtures, and residential plumbing components Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment Follow safety procedures and company standards Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment Work Environment Field service environment Exposure to smells associated with sewer and water systems Exposure to dust, debris, and equipment noise Exposure to varying weather conditions Local travel required throughout assigned service territory Ability to work extended hours, including occasional evening shifts as needed Why ACE Hardware Home Services? Requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of residential plumbing experience strongly preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record High School Diploma or GED Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a field service environment Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Residential service plumbing background Water heater, drain, and sewer experience Strong attention to detail and workmanship Team-oriented mindset and dependable attendance
