Job Responsibilities: Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related equipment. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job plans to determine installation procedures and material requirements. Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Test installed systems for leaks, proper functionality, and overall performance. Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, system operation, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers’ homes and company vehicles. Collaborate with dispatchers, sales, and team members to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction. Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Adhere to all safety protocols and use proper PPE and tools for each task. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all time. Other duties as assigned. Requirements At least 3 years of plumbing experience required. Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters. Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record. Clean background check.
