Previous experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, maintenance, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues. Help service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures. Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and service-related issues. Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and daily documentation. Follow company safety standards and quality workmanship practices. Keep work areas clean and organized. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish on every service call. Requirements Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn a skilled trade. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform physical labor and work long hours when needed.
