Description River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates, Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust. The Residential Post-Closer & Lock Desk performs post-closing mortgage loan transactions, manages rate sheets and locks, and monitors secondary market loan purchases and sales, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. This role features a hybrid work model that blends in-office collaboration three days a week with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. Requirements Essential Job Functions Obtains closed loan packages from escrow agents. Completes post-closing file reviews to ensure data accuracy of loan file documentation, and follows up on missing, incomplete, or erroneous documents in a timely manner. Prepares, delivers, and tracks loan notes, mortgages, and recordings. Exports loan documentation images for all completed loan files to FIS Imaging Center . Completes and ensures the integrity of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data for all loan pipelines. Maintains and distributes daily rate sheets for all loan channels and manages the internal pricing engine. Confirms portfolio, correspondent, broker, and investor rate locks, extensions, and repricing. Monitors correspondent pipeline. Imports and sets up loan files received for purchase. Manages investor pipeline to ensure files are prepared and shipped within required timelines. Receives and reconciles investor's purchase advice forms, processes purchase funding transactions and completes sales in the core system. Qualifications, Experience, and Education High school diploma required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage operations. Strong knowledge of secondary market lending, pricing, and rate locks . Comprehensive understanding of mortgage closing, residential loan products, and post-closing file reviews across all channels. Knowledge of federal/state regulations, investor guidelines, and bank policies related to mortgage lending. Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Self-motivated and flexible to meet business needs. Proficient in LOS, AUS, and standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
