Description Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates (C-NTA) is seeking a high-performing, collaborative Program Specialist to join our growing Residential Services Department. The Residential Program Specialist is a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, advocacy, and operational excellence across our residential group homes. This position is ideal for a flexible, experienced, and driven leader who takes total ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the realities of working within a 24/7 residential department. The Residential Program Specialist must be able to manage a large and demanding workload, participate in an on-call rotation, meet strict deadlines, and confidently lead and support the team while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance. What You’ll Do As a Residential Program Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), ensuring they receive safe, person-centered, high-quality support while meeting all regulatory and company standards. Key responsibilities include: Manage and support a caseload of individuals, across Johnstown and Somerset, serving as their primary advocate and ensuring our team delivers quality service and care as defined by the individuals’ support plans Maintain all individuals’ files, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and licensing-ready at all times and all regulatory requirements are fully compliant Conduct and track intakes, assessments, team meetings, staff meetings, annual paperwork submission, and more Build professional relationships and collaborate closely with guardians, families, representative payees, medical providers, county and state partners, and more Train and support staff on ISPs, protocols, documentation expectations and address deficiencies promptly Ability to participate in the company’s Incident Management Program as a Certified Investigator Effectively collaborates with the residential management team and across various service lines Participates in an on-call rotation, responding confidently and professionally to emergency situations What You’ll Bring A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.
