About the Role We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Residential Project Coordinator & Site Supervisor to support day-to-day project coordination, site supervision, and finishing works for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be practical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling minor handyman and installation tasks when needed. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth progress according to schedule. Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery. Perform basic installation, painting touch-ups, and rectification works when required. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks during and after project completion. Manage material orders, site logistics, and progress reporting. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve site issues. Support project handover and ensure defects are rectified promptly. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, interior renovation, or related trades. Strong hands-on and practical skills; capable of minor repair and installation work. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to read floor plans and construction drawings. Possess Class 3 driving licence preferred. Independent, reliable, and responsible in managing site tasks.

Responsibilities
