We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing multiple residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Type: Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential construction coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in the GTA.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
Responsibilities

ROUTINE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with the project manager to review active projects and update schedules.
  • Create and execute a weekly priority task list for urgent items such as awarding contracts, scheduling trades, and performing site inspections.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of project budget estimates.
  • Provide assistance to team members as needed.
  • Meet with project owners to provide regular project updates.
