Ithaca home-building firm seeks candidate for design, drafting and project coordination. Position will involve project design/creation, drafting/3D modeling, project estimating, client presentations, project implementation and coordination and management of general project flow along with field crew support. Although training will be provided, experience/education in design, drafting, estimating/office functions and construction is ideal.
Seeking candidate with professional appearance, strong communicative skills, positive attitude/honesty/dependability and the ability to accomplish - solo or with a team.
