QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years experience as a lead carpenter in residential construction, with proven project management ability preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to precision, quality, and exceptional customer service.

• Plan and oversee all phases of residential construction projects, from initiation to final handover.
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and lead teams of contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining positive relationships and resolving concerns.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing risks.
• Manage on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
• Oversee final inspections and ensure a smooth client handover.
