A leading law firm in the Stockport area are seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join them on a permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a talented Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join my client’s firm nr. Stockport. You will be responsible for a mixed case load of property matters which could include:

• Dealing with the preparation of initial Terms of Business documentation and Client Onboarding
• Liaising with Clients, Agents and other Third Parties
• Dealing with all aspects of Client Matter Compliance
• Preparing Contract Packs
• Reviewing Title
• Raising Legal Enquiries
• Dealing with Completions
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Completing all Post-Completion work
• Preparing Reports on Title

My client is an established law firm, with a two offices in the local area. They combine legal excellence with a highly personalised professional service, giving them a loyal and expanding client base.

We are encouraging applications from solicitors, conveyancer’s and legal executives with a minimum of 5-Years PQE.

• Experience in Residential Property is essential.
