Residential Conveyancer - Dorset Coast
A regarded law firm are seeking a residential property lawyer to deal with a full caseload and play a key part in the property team, The role provides access to a range of matters and HNW clients.

You will will be involved with running your own caseload (with access to supervision depending on experience), such as:

• sales and purchases of land - both registered and unregistered and both freehold and leasehold;
• plot sales;
• transfers of equity;
• remortgages and property finance;
• easements;
• lease extensions including some experience in dealing with statutory lease extensions;
• purchasing development sites and some experience of option agreements and conditional contracts;
• participating in business development initiative

Ideally you have a minimum of 5PQE gained within a law firm and able to work with or without supervision and play a part within business or marketing.
This will be a hands-on role working within a supportive environment offering career progression based on the Dorset Coast with a route to Partnership for the right person.

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
