Description Residential Property Manager Jacob Arbors $50-60K per year Arbors Management currently has a Full-Time Property Manager position available in Charleston, WV. This is a well-maintained senior citizen / disabled high-rise building that is subsidized by Section 8 / HUD. Experience with an elderly demographic and affordable housing is desired. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with affordable housing experience (Section 8 / HUD) who is ready to take on a leadership role with a trusted and supportive company.
