Description Property Manager Fairmont, WV Arbors Management Inc. is a premier Property Management company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has been serving communities throughout Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a Project-Based Section 8 community for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Fairmont, WV. This role is responsible for daily operations, HUD compliance, occupancy, and financial performance while fostering a positive resident experience.
