The Role (What Success Looks Like) You will lead a dedicated team (Maintenance + Community Assistant) to ensure the property thrives: High Standards: Maintain 95%+ occupancy and keep delinquency below 5%. Leadership: Supervise and support a small on-site team to ensure property excellence. Financial Oversight: Manage the annual operating budget and rent collections. Community Focus: Foster positive relationships with senior residents and build a strong waitlist. What You Bring Experience: Background in affordable housing (HUD/Project-Based Section 8) is a major plus. Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and cultivate a positive work culture. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with industry software (RealPage/OneSite) and Google Suite. Mindset: Strong financial awareness coupled with a "resident-first" attitude. Requirements Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. PA Real Estate License or willing to obtain within one year of employment.
