  We are supporting a Legal 500-ranked, full-service national law firm in their search for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their team in Birmingham, Solihull or Worcester. The role will involve managing a caseload of residential property matters while providing assistance to fee earners. The team handles a wide range of areas including freehold, leasehold, new build, Islamic finance, shared ownership, landed estates, equity releases, and more. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate seeking a long-term career as a paralegal rather than aiming to qualify.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience as a Paralegal in Residential Property Law.
• Proficient in case management systems with knowledge of property transactions, leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity release.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of client care and attention to detail.

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and new build properties.
• Assist with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, property searches, due diligence, and Land Registry applications.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
• Handle the exchange, completion, and post-completion processes, ensuring timely and accurate document filing.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations, while meeting individual and team targets for workload and billing.
