I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected law firm that is looking to expand its Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a solid grounding in residential conveyancing to join a friendly, forward-thinking practice with strong regional ties and a loyal client base.

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will support the fee earners in managing a varied caseload of property transactions, including:

• Drafting contracts, transfers, and completion statements
• Carrying out searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
• Managing communications with clients, solicitors, agents, and lenders
• Assisting with pre- and post-completion tasks
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

You’ll play an integral role in helping the department run smoothly and efficiently while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a busy conveyancing setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
