REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Conveyancing Fee Earner +with at least 3 years’ experience in residential property law
• Proven track record of managing complex property transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in supervising junior staff
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development​

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team, you will handle a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including:​

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions and shared ownership schemes
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
• Advising clients on property-related legal issues​

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Supervise and support junior solicitors and paralegals within the team
• Contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and practice​
