JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Telford. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, ensuring exceptional client care and full compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership
• Conduct title checks, draft and review contracts, and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Maintain accurate records using case management systems.
• Work to service level agreements and billing targets.
• Provide high-quality client service throughout the conveyancing process.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the property department.
