We are a Chambers & Legal 500 ranked small law firm located in central Cardiff. Due to an expansion of our residential team, we are looking to recruit an experienced qualified solicitor.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant knowledge and experience of at least 2 years as a qualified solicitor
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Professional and calm under pressure
• Ability to use initiative and be self-motivated
• Keen to help with business development

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In perso

The successful applicant will be working on a range of files including sales, purchases, new-builds, transfers and re-mortgages and work on a variety of properties including freehold and leasehold properties. The applicant will be expected to manage their own caseload and provide an exceptional standard of work and service to our clients. As a small team, a new employee must also be a team player and be willing to assist all fee earners.
