Our client, a top-ranked and award-winning law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-value residential transactions for a prestigious client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families.

• Manage a full caseload of residential matters: sales, purchases (including off-plan), remortgages, lease extensions, and equity release
• Advise on prime London and regional properties for HNW clients
• Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and ancillary documents
• Liaise with agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions smoothly
• Support private client and family teams with property elements related to estates or relationship breakdowns
• Conduct AML checks and ensure compliance with onboarding and regulatory protocols
• Supervise junior team members (paralegals/trainees) and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
