JOB DESCRIPTION: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (3 YEARS PQE)

Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join our clients busy and well-regarded property team in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working within a supportive, client-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
• Provide high-quality legal advice and client care throughout the transaction.
• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SDLT, Land Registry and lender requirements.
