JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Property Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, listing, and selling residential properties while delivering exceptional service to clients and contributing to the company’s growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE driving license and own car preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price evaluations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
• Stay updated on local market trends, regulations, and competitor activity
• Prepare and manage property listings across online platforms and CRM systems
• Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
