Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential warranty, punch list, finish carpentry, or related home construction services (preferred) Strong knowledge of residential building practices, codes, and quality standards Proven basic-to-intermediate skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor finish repairs Excellent communication skills—able to interact professionally with homeowners, coworkers, subcontractors, and vendors Clean driving record and valid driver's license (required) Physically able to lift moderate weights, climb ladders, and work in various home environments Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to a consistent 40+ hour/week schedule Willingness to cover a large service territory (travel ~25%) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years in home maintenance or warranty service Experience managing punch lists or homeowner walkthroughs in new construction Familiarity with digital reporting tools or tablets for field documentation
