ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Residential Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This role combines property sales expertise with strong client relationship management, supported by our in-house business development and telecalling team (COMMISSION BASIS ONLY).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the full transaction process from inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the business development team to convert warm leads into successful deals.
• Leverage company-provided telecalling support to connect with property owners, prospective buyers, and investors.
• Update and manage leads, listings, and deals on the company CRM.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations and RERA compliance.
