Key Responsibilities Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members. Collaborate closely with the Duluth office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings. Uphold McMichael & Gray's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service. Qualifications & Requirements Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Must live in or be willing to commute to the Duluth area.
