The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law, a strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing office with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level. Key Responsibilities: Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members. Collaborate closely with the Greenville office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings. Uphold McMichael & Gray's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service. Qualifications & Requirements: Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina. Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Must live in or be willing to commute to the Greenville area.
