In addition to receiving up to 11 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays, employees can earn up to 33 days of PTO each year, with the opportunity to start using PTO after hire date.   Compensation $21.25 - $23.00 per hour * Offers based on education and years of relevant experience   Hours/Schedule Full-Time Some flexibility required as needed for interviews and department needs   Professional Development Opportunities Gateway Longview has a strong investment in developing the future leaders of the organization through trainings, advancement opportunities, and a formal leadership pipeline.   Position Specific Duties/Responsibilities * ·Conduct initial phone screenings of applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with   agency values. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive applicant experience. * Serve as the primary interviewer for assigned positions, utilizing structured interview techniques to support fair and consistent hiring decisions. * Complete professional reference checks and document outcomes in accordance with agency hiring procedures. * Assist with onboarding and orientation training for newly hired employees, ensuring compliance with agency policies and required training standards. * Support the collection, organization, and submission of required documentation for Justice Center investigations and related compliance matters. * Assist in the review of workplace injuries and Significant Incident Reports (SIRs), compiling data and identifying trends to support supervisory review and corrective action. * Conduct 60-day stay or follow-up interviews with employees to assess adjustment, engagement, and training needs, and share relevant feedback with supervisors. * Maintain confidentiality of all personnel records, investigations, and sensitive information in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with supervisors, human resources, and leadership to support recruitment, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Perform other related duties as assigned to support agency operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent verbal and communication skills * Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and community contacts from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds Required Qualifications * Associates degree and 1 year of relevant experience   We want to emphasize that the preferred qualifications are not required and that we are committed to helping our future colleagues develop these preferred skills.
